Errol loves gardening but is running out of room for plants at home and longs for an
outdoor space to be able to grow more things. When he discovers the roof area above his sixth floor flat he has the idea of creating a garden and enlists the help of his father and sister. They involve the other residents of the block in the plan to transform this empty communal space. The ideas and items contributed are as varied as the residents themselves, but they have a common enthusiasm for the creation of a garden each can enjoy as well as acting as meeting place for their diverse community. A simple picture book with an inclusive theme.
